Looks like Robert Dean Jr. is always on the move. Just when you want to settle down and calculate the level of success he’s brought to one network marketing firm, he’s already teamed up with another.

But considering that every one of Robert Dean’s previous moves had always resulted in record-setting success stories, it would be naïve to criticize the man and his moves!

Has he not taken Tahitian Noni to enviable heights within a space of just a few years? Did he not achieve even massive success when he joined Tahiti Noni, an upstart network marketing company which he took from nowhere and transformed it to one of the most profitable network marketing company? That was in 2001.

And Robert broke all sales and earnings record at Tahiti Noni within a 12 month period. In late 2009 Robert Dean was on the move again, this time to a company called Monavie. And within a few months, he had attained Black Diamond Manager at Monavie.

So now that Robert Dean has moved yet again, this time joining a company known as Evolv Water, do we have any reason to doubt that another record-breaking performance is in the offing? Not in my opinion.

There are two things Robert Dean has going for him: a passion for new conquests, and an unwavering passion to help his team members succeed. Back at Tahiti Noni, he created 12 millionaires before he left.

Those millionaires along with Robert Dean himself then formed a club known as The Top Gun International which was designed to help other team members achieve financial independence within a short time. Many achieved it.

And it is due to this focus on group success that Robert Dean so easily pulls his army of distributors along with him whenever he switches company. Will they follow him yet again? We can only wait and see.

But at the moment, it’s good to take a brief look at Robert’s ‘new love,’ the Evolv Water. They are a company bringing a unique twist to both the energy drink and bottled water market. Theirs is a brand of bottled water fortified with Achaea Active ingredients which increases oxygenation at the cellular level, resulting in increased energy levels.

Now that is a departure from conventional energy drinks which are all laden with sugar, caffeine, preservatives, and lots of calories.
It is therefore speculated at the moment that most energy drink enthusiasts may easily take a look at these products. It is based on these permutations that I conclude that Robert Dean Jr. has made a wise move.

And if you factor in his marketing prowess, as well as the army of distributors he commands, then you will also agree with me that another record-breaking sales and earnings figures are about to be seen.

Robert Dean Jr. has proved to be a blessing wherever he goes. He is above all a true team leader. The way he pulls distributors is a living proof that indeed people join people in network marketing, not companies. His marketing and recruiting techniques will long remain a subject of close examination by all network marketers.

When you are using Article Marketing Keyword Density is very important—it is a reference to how many times a keyword or search phrase appears in an article.

The placement of keywords within your online article is a crucial factor in search engine optimization. It is these keywords or phrases that determine the ease with which search engines will index your web articles. They also determine the page ranking of your article whenever people search for information related to your article at a search engine.

Choosing the right keyword density is the easiest way to gain high rankings on search engines, and this is what will increase the amount of web traffic you will get. And the greater your online traffic (which literally means visitors to your website or blog) the greater your online sales, and ultimately the greater the financial rewards for your efforts.

So keyword density is no doubt an interesting topic for all online article writers and marketers. But is it fairly straightforward? That’s another matter altogether.

The truth is that in the name of ensuring that their articles are noticed by search engines, a lot of the article marketers end up stuffing every sentence with a keyword. This can be too much of a good thing, if you ask me.

You the reader, how does it feel when your search for information takes you to a web article which title and topic may seem sweet, but as you attempt to read the article, you discover that there’s a word that appears several times in every sentence? Do you find that pleasant? I doubt.

Keyword density is something you really need to give yourself some room for trial and error so that you can determine what should be the right level of density of keywords or search phrases for your articles.

You should constantly monitor how your articles are doing at the search engines. Are you gradually rising in the ranking of search engines, thus increasing your web visitors and online sales?

If so, just know that your articles’ keyword density is OK. After that, simply focus on delivering excellent value—quality content— to your website visitors. In the end, that is what will keep visitors coming.

Do not make the grave mistake that many article marketers do: they act as if page ranking is an end in itself; as if the moment people visit their website, their purpose for being online is met. For that, they lace their articles with over-repetition of keywords and phrases.

When people do this, two things can happen: the first, as I stated earlier is that such websites lose credibility in the eyes of online visitors. Then, secondly, over stuffing articles with keywords can actually prove counter-productive.

What happens is that excessive use of key phrases in an article triggers an alert to a search engine. Search engine software often interprets these over-repetitions as an attempt to gain “false popularity”.

It is known as “keyword stuffing” which could deceive the search engine to give you high page ranking if undetected. But once detected, the search engine could go on to penalize you for over-concentration of keywords. Subsequently, this could adversely affect your website’s ranking. But you can avoid all that.

The bottom line is to consciously maintain a good balance when placing keywords or search phrases in your online articles. The percentage method is the easiest way to determine the number of times a keyword should appear in any article.

For the article title, upwards of 75% of it could be keywords. No problems there. But for the article body, the general recommendation is often in the region of 2.5% to a maximum of 5%.

Make no mistake, keywords are important. But you have to do it right in order to enjoy the benefits and avoid the pitfalls. The recommendations above should help you.

Facebook PPC Marketing is growing fast. Recently, Facebook has begun offering Pay Per Click advertising. The jury is still out as to whether or not theirs is a top model PPC. Many marketers have actually concluded that it is. Others say it is a failure.

Personally I do not want to rush to any judgment. There is no doubting the fact that Google PPC campaign currently holds all the aces. But we should not be quick in concluding that this will always be so.

The good thing about Facebook PPC Marketing is that it comes cheap—at 5 cents per click. Which means you can at least give it a try and reach your own judgment.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE ABOVE

VIDEO TO LEARN HOW TO

SET UP A

FACEBOOK PPC CAMPAIGN

To help you try things out, I offer the following suggestions:

Generally it is not advisable to start your social media networking with solicitations for business patronage—facebook or any other one. Even if that’s your ultimate goal, it should be gradually introduced way down the road.

Your first focus should be to build a solid base of followers—friends and fans. Next, build separate facebook pages for the products or services you plan on marketing. It also helps if you try and join facebook groups with interests identifiable with your niche area.

Even then, try and create a fairly unique group, based on what you perceive to be the deficiencies of the other groups. Your aim should be to fill a need not already catered for by an existing forum.

It is only after you have taken those initial (and essential) steps that you can decide to venture into Pay Per Click advertising with your facebook account. Start by driving as much traffic as possible to the facebook landing pages you earlier created for your products.

Fortunately it is easier to do this with facebook than with your conventional website or blog. And at only 5 cents per click, the budget is also pocket-friendly, allowing you to experiment. But I still recommend a $5 dollar daily budget for each of your campaigns.

But ensure you clearly define your demographics. You do not want to wipe off your lean budget with untargeted traffic. So target the right market, and direct them to the right landing page.

One more thing: facebook has rules governing their PPC adverts which are very different from what you know about Google PPC.

So do not just assume that you already know the rules governing PPC. Get familiar with their terms and conditions, and follow them. Or else your account will be blocked without prior notice.

Also, pay close attention to your advert campaigns once they are set up. Do not start with high budgets. Remember that traffic sometimes come very fast such that within a very short time your set budget could be wiped out.

That’s something you don’t want to risk when you’re still test-running things. Stay close to your computer at this stage, and make the budget low, just in case the traffic isn’t what you intended.
Finally, write catchy headlines. Those in the form of questions are the most effective. But bold statements also draw traffic.

Your goal is to write the sort of headline that catches the attention of the reader and makes them want to read more about the subject. And that would make them click all the way to your landing page.
Facebook Pay Per Click may not compare with Google PPC at the moment.

It may even be a little risky for the undiscerning advertiser. But it is exciting nonetheless, and could make you money if you get the hang of it and take it seriously.

Article Marketing which is writing and submitting articles to ezine directories is now adjudged to be one of the best ways to generate massive organic traffic to a website or blog.

This practice can greatly increase your site exposure and product sales. Article submission also helps to increase your page ranking at search engines. For most online marketers, ezine articles have simply become an indispensable source of leads.

Your articles should all be optimized for good Search Engine results. The whole idea is to ensure that your article will come up in the first few pages of Google whenever someone searches for information in an area related to your article niche.

This is the way to ensure that online marketers who’re looking for information and tools to build their business will notice and read your articles and trace you to your website.

This can only happen if you left specific links in the article on how people can contact you. Many article directories give you two options on how to create this link: you either create a text in the author bio box, or you create a Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) author bio. What’s the difference between these two methods?

A text author bio allows you to insert your complete Universal Resource Locator (URL), so that a clickable link is created in your article to direct readers to your website or blog.

But with HTML, you are linking specific words in the article, rather than a complete site address. The words you use to create these hyperlinks are referred to as “anchor texts.”

Some webmasters report that hyperlinked words are easier to notice by Google than any other texts in an article. I don’t know. But my experience suggests than these two methods of linking to your website are basically two ways of achieving the same aim. However, if HTML is your preferred approach, fine. Just make sure you do it right.

FOLLOW THESE 3 TIPS:

Choose Unique Keywords: you should do a thorough search before choosing the words you want to rank highly for. Don’t just select right-sounding words and phrases as your keywords; you should be concerned about their uniqueness or competitiveness.

For example, how many other web contents are already targeting those words you want to anchor? Just know that if there are too many other online contents featuring your chosen keywords, it reduces your page ranking chances.

Vary Your Keywords periodically: if you use the same keywords for every one of your HTML resource box, search engines will suspect that you are trying to manipulate page ranking. So switch things up. Choose several keywords for which your website can also be highly ranked. Generally, links are better when they are organic and are seen to be so.

Write Your Complete Bio: it’s not enough to link your articles to your website. Remember that the article resource area is primarily an author area. This is where you sell yourself to your article readers.

So don’t get too fixated with search engine page ranking that you forget the most important things; providing your name, some information about yourself and your business, why you should be regarded as an authority in your area, and then finally a link to your website.

That is how to use the HTML resource box. Let me also reiterate that the HTML option is only advisable if first you have searched for and are targeting specific keywords in your article (as stated in tip no.1 above). Otherwise, stick with the text resource box option. Following these small tips will insure your article marketing success.

On the one hand, success barriers are among the greatest sources of stress as well as impediments to your success in life. But on the other hand, one of the best ways to relieve stress and experience success is to overcome the barriers or obstacles that stand in your way. The good news is that all barriers can be overcome once a person can place their finger on them.

Now, let me ask you, what barriers are standing in your way? What obstacles are thwarting your progress in life and preventing you from achieving your goals? Barriers can be physical, mental or emotional.

But once you can figure it out, you are a lot closer to overcoming them and moving on with your life. Let me also add that some, indeed most barriers that we face, are self-imposed. Which also means that a lot of them are imaginary rather than real.

Now, I want to give you 4 tested ways to overcoming all sorts of barriers—either real or imaginary.

Be Sure About Your Major Aim In Life: Why is this important? Well, just imagine yourself at an airport.

The ticket agent asks you where you intend travelling. How do you suppose they’ll react if you answered that you are not sure, but that they should just issue you a travelling ticket? Crazy, did I hear you say?

Well, that’s what it is to be going through life without any clear, definite goal—crazy. People who are on such life journeys often lack resilience; every little challenge often forces them to make a detour.

To them, every inconvenience along the way is a serious barrier. But when you know very clearly where you’re heading and why you want to get there, you’ll be determined to remove whatever tries to stop your journey.

Compile A Success Journal: When we face tough challenges, it’s so easy to forget that we’ve had some successes in the past. Meanwhile these previous accomplishments can often serve as fuels that spur us on, like some sort of inner voice telling you “you are also capable!”

And it doesn’t have to be a major feat before it can count. For example, did you complete high school? Did you ever get an “A” in class? Can you swim? Were you highly commended or got an award for something you’ve done in the past? Also, have you attained any aspect of your current goal? Write all these seemingly minor accomplishments down as they are all emotional fuels you can burn during periods of self-doubt.

See Whatever Happens To You As Feedback: Whether the results are positive or negative, see them as learning points and label them as feedback. Then once in a while, step back and take an objective view of what really happened.

What often happens when you do this is that what initially appeared as very excellent and brilliant are not quite as great as we first thought they were. Ditto for those that seemed like utter failure.

Especially for the bad results, an objective appraisal makes for good course corrections. Seeing things in this light prevents a person from being too rigid in their approach. Rigidity makes successes short-lived, and makes failure total.

Be Willing To Start Again: There’s nothing wrong with starting over. In fact, we often do things better if are asked to do it again. But it’s strange how people abhor this idea when it comes to continuing with a business idea or some other personal pursuits.

Truth is that despite your best efforts, you could still stumble or fail along the way. When that happens, the only reasonable thing to do is to get back on your feet: start all over again! And if you take note of tip 3 above, your second attempt will surely be better than the previous one. Any number of setbacks need not kill your dreams.

So whenever you see an obstacle on your way, just keep these 4 tips in mind. Always remember that with only a little more effort, a little adjustment of your course, and a little more work, you can clear those barriers and accomplish your goals!

In this post, I’m going to show you a couple reasons why having your “GRAVATAR” can be really good for marketing you and your business online. This strategy can play a key role in helping you grow your Online Business through using Social Media.

You might be asking yourself what is a Gravatar ?

Well here is the definition from Gravatar.com: A Gravatar is an image that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name when you do things like comment or post on a blog. Gravatars otherwise known as your Personal Photo can help identify your posts on blogs and web forums.

In The Above Video I am Going To Show You The Steps Of Setting Up A FREE GRAVATAR ACCOUNT.

Many Marketers interested in building a brand through online advertising and marketing techniques build their strong customer relationships through using the FREE Gravatar tool.

The Gravatar is associated with the brand identity of you and serves as an effective verbal and visual formula that brings credibility and recognition to you and your business on the overcrowded internet.

Learning about the attributes of a Gravatar is a crash course, in creating a unique identity on the internet. When the audience recognizes the identity of a Person, it is easier to get the message across to your target audience.

The Gravatar is the channel for creating a strong, consistent and relevant face value on the internet. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the Gravatar represents the company in every way that can be recognized at a glance. The right usage of a Gravatar not only creates a unique identity on the internet, but also hits home with you consumer market.

What Does A Gravatar Have To Do With Growing Your Business?
In my opinion, it matters for a 2 primary reasons:

1. Branding
Who do you think of when you see these Golden Arches?
You are right Mcdonalds!!

2. Building Relationships:
By having a Gravatar, you’ll be able to show people who you are and your valuable comments/contribution can position you as someone people might want to listen to. The perception in people’s mind will be changed when they get to put a face with a comment.

It’s kind of like putting a face with a voice. Think about how it makes you feel if you’ve been speaking to someone over the phone, but never had the opportunity to see them in person. Usually the first thing out of your mouth or their mouth when you finally get to meet is, “It’s FINALLY nice to put a face with a voice”.

The reason for that is because when you talk on the phone or over the computer your mind subconsciously tries to create an image based upon their voice or how their writing tone might come across.

Once you finally get to see them, you might be right on…or way off!
However, the point I’m trying to get across to you is that people do business with other people who THEY KNOW,WHO THEY LIKE AND WHO THEY TRUST and all that starts with first seeing your FACE.
