Who is Dexter Yager and what is his claim to fame? Few other names evoke more contrasting sentiments than this man’s. On the one hand he’s easily one of the most renowned names in the annals of network marketing history. But on the other hand, he is seen by some as a scam artist and a cheat.

So too are his teachings on self-discipline and determination—two traits so vital to success in MLM. Dexter himself once said that “If the Dream Is Big Enough the Facts Don’t Matter.”

So in the end, it is your ability to combine certain aspects of Dexter Yager’s trainings with modern prospecting and recruiting methods that will help you hit the roof of your company’s compensation plan.
