Dani Johnson, A Story of Determination—A Review

Who is Dani Johnson and what is her claim to fame? It’s hard to write a review of this network marketing superwoman without acknowledging the formidable obstacles she had to surmount on her way to MLM Success, as well as all the value and inspiration she has brought to the home business community.

Dani Johnson is now a household name in the MLM community. She now makes her money in the millions and has authored numerous home business training materials. But her story hasn’t always been that interesting.

At the time she came into network marketing, she was among the poorest persons in the America; with only $2.03 to her name, probably even less, since she was also in debt. At the time, she was living right in her car. That is if the ramshackle stuff actually qualified to be called a car!

Meanwhile she was only 19. Which was good: It gave her enough time to make her mistakes and start all over, if necessary. And fail she did. But after several months of failing and going deep into debt, she finally got it right.

The right training and mentoring made the difference. Less than six months later, she was averaging $20,000 per month in income. And within her first two years in MLM, Dani had made her first million. And she was barely 22. The rest, as they say, is history.

Let’s focus on how a review of Dani Johnson’s achievements can benefit your MLM. For one thing, Dani has worked with numerous network marketers, helping many to overcome both personal and business-related obstacles.

Majority of these persons are now seven-figure earners in their businesses. She has a reputation for teaching only what she herself has practiced with good results in her business.

And she has many resources designed to help you achieve personal, financial, and even spiritual goals. Her resources range from workshops, live weekend seminars, tele-coaching, one-on-one coaching, to recorded seminars and classes.

Her coaching covers such areas as how to prospect, how to take inbound calls, as well as how to close sales. Most importantly, she is simply passionate about helping people overcome whatever obstacle is standing between them and their dreams.

Dani believes that you should not beg people to join your business. She teaches that with the right approach, people will indeed beg you to recruit them.

My Final Thoughts: As I stated earlier, Dani Johnson’s strategy sure works; that’s why she’s been so successful! And if you are building your business along the methods laid out by Dani, then her resources are among the best you’ll get in the industry.

However, several of Dani Johnson’s strategies may not suit you if you’re marketing your MLM predominantly on the internet. Indeed the world has moved on since the time Dani came up with her prospecting and recruiting strategies.

It may well have been the best approach then. But today, it’s a lot easier and often brings greater results to leverage technology and the internet to reach hundreds of thousands of prospects online, and establish some form of relationship with them, rather than cold-calling several individuals who have no idea what your are doing.

Online prospecting strategies have been proven to be both cheaper and easier to implement. Especially since network marketing itself is a game of numbers.

It’d be more cost effective to target say, 1000 persons online per month, knowing that probably only about 5% of these will sign up in the end—that’s 50 persons.

If you’re prospecting mainly offline, you can at most target 50 persons in a month. If even 10% of these sign up, what does that amount to? Less than 3 persons. Plus, you’ll spend more using traditional methods.

Dani Johnson is a respected MLM figure. And her methods have worked well for both she herself and her large crowd of students. Whether or not it will work for you depends on how you want to market your MLM, especially how you intend to get leads.

Quality backlinks are among the most important requirements if you want to rank high on Google search engine. Backlinks, also known as INBOUND links, are among the indices used by Google to evaluate or indicate the quality of your website content.

Online marketing and MLM publishers know this all too well, and they employ various methods—both legitimate and illegitimate—to get Inbound Links.

What Exactly Are Backlinks? These are links in other online contents that are directed at your website. They are like “arrows” pointing readers to your website, or blog either suggesting to or informing them that similar or detailed information pertaining to a particular topic is available at your website.

What happens is, when lots of people link to your website, a search engine (Google for example) considers this as proof that your opinion or website content is highly respected.

This means that backlinks serve as a voting system in SEO. And by having many backlinks, it means people are voting for you!

Consequently, when people search for a particular topic or content area that appears on your website, your site will be one of those that’ll appear on the first page of the search result. So as far as Search Engine Results are concerned, Inbound Links are very important.

Now, there are both good and bad ways of getting quality backlinks. Realizing how important backlinks are to Google SEO, online marketers now engage in shady activities to get linked back.

Some go as far as paying other website owners to get backlinks from these. Google is aware of these tricks too, and they are presently considering ways of penalizing publishers who attempt to get backlinks in this manner.

Moreover, “purchased” backlinks often fail to achieve desired SEO results. The reason being that the, backlinks are not taken at their face value. Google now has a way of judging the quality of links found on a website.

What this means is that a website concerned with Car Leasing, for example, will not achieve a high SEO ranking through links to Dog Breeding websites (of course if you have any reason to feature an unrelated link on your website, make it plain that they’re purely for advert purposes. That is allowed, and it has nothing to do with SEO ranking).

For your backlinks to count as QUALITY inbound links, they have to come from RELEVANT websites or contents. A search engine will always consider the content of both sites to determine the quality of the links.

This is also a warning to those who unduly engage in what is called “reciprocal linking,” whereby two or more website owners (or even an individual owning several websites) practice link exchanges with the sole aim of boosting SEO ranking through inbound links.

Google frowns at this practice, even when the sites involved feature related contents. In fact Google’s latest Filter software has reciprocal links as its primary target.

So we should not be satisfied with merely getting backlinks; it is their quality that matter in SEO considerations. By choosing relevant websites to link with, especially those that don’t feature tons of outbound links on each page, you could still make the most of reciprocal links.

Moreover, you can increase your own website’s SEO ranking by constantly featuring valuable contents over a long period of time. This is both the natural and the best way to build credible backlinks.

When your web content is both informative and interesting to read, other webmasters and bloggers would rather link to your content than having to explain everything from scratch.

So really, backlinks are crucial to your SEO efforts. And if you give people something to link to, your backlinks will grow fast and naturally, without you having to resort to the mercenary approach.

A Review of Network Marketing Veteran, Ann Sieg

Meet Ann Sieg one of the heroines of network marketing. Ann Sieg has been into MLM for longer than most other female marketers, indeed most males too. Her experience in this business spans nearly two decades. So you would say she’s seen it all. And you would be right.

From cold-calling to warm-list styles of network marketing all the way to list-hunting. She’s done it all. So she has surely seen what techniques would make your network business grow and which ones would keep it struggling.

Ann is one of those MLM trainers who believe that marketing techniques ought not be constant. In other words, the methods that brought excellent results a few decades ago may not necessarily guarantee success in today’s MLM practice.

The arrival of online marketing for example has altered the way a network marketer can get people to join his business opportunity.
Ann Sieg particularly teaches that the old practice of pestering family members and close friends to join your network opportunity should be seen as just that—old approach.

It is the road to the exit door in network marketing. Network marketers who adopt this approach soon run out of leads. This is one major issue identified by Ann Sieg as a major cause of the very high turnover that we are having in network marketing, the numerous failures and new entrants.

Instead, Ann recommends that your primary prospects should be people outside your immediate social circle. Promote your business and products to people you’ve prospected online {or offline, for that matter}; people with whom you have formed one form of relationship or the other.

These categories of prospects or leads are more likely to examine the opportunity in an unbiased and unemotional manner. Moreover there is no limit to the number of persons you can market to in this manner. If you are marketing your business online, you virtually have the entire world population to prospect!

Ann Sieg’s trainings essentially revolve around the idea that you should market your products and business opportunity in such a way that your customers chase you to sign them up.

And she has largely succeeded in doing that with her program known as The Revolutionary Network. She personally saw her sign-ups explode from a little more than 2 every few months to several hundreds per month.

Ann’s experience cuts across industry segments.
Some marketers have complained that they seldom get the sort of result they anticipated after purchasing Ann Sieg’s programs.

But there are also those who have reported appreciable increases in their recruiting efforts after applying her recommendations. Could the difference lie in the products being promoted?

Ann Sieg herself cautions against marketing a weak product. At her website, she warns that your results will only be as good as the products you are promoting. She believes that direct marketing does not automatically change a bad product to become good.

This again emphasizes the need for a network marketer to be very selective of what products he agrees to market. It is only then that the right training, mentoring, hard work and determination would bring commensurate results.

Can Ann Sieg help you to grow your network business? She has obviously succeeded with her own MLM business—at the moment she is a six-figure earner. Her training programs have benefited many.

The programs have generally received positive reviews. It is surely worth your while to personally examine how you could incorporate some of her teachings into your network marketing efforts.

Learn From Kevin Jones—a Third Party MLM Review

Welcome to Kevin Jones website. This is simply one of the most beautifully designed websites I’ve visited in recent times. Its aesthetic beauty persuades you to stop over, while the web content makes you want to stay. It is basically a site for anyone interested in home-based business, especially network marketing or Multi-Level Marketing.

The site contains numerous resources for network marketers, such as reviews of MLM companies and MLM personalities, training tools, articles on network marketing strategies and related miscellaneous topics.

Kevin is a former veteran of the music industry. At age 21 he had made a name as a recording artist, song writer and composer. He had worked with such renowned artists in the industry such as Taylor Dayne, Nayobe, Liz Hughes, Crystal Waters, Colonel Abrams, etc. Kevin had also had some minor roles in several of Spike Lee movies.

Kevin Jones embraced online marketing in the mid 90’s. But at the time, network marketing wasn’t his fort. It was his iTunes radio station, the “Nu Soul Radio” that defined his online success in 2007. The station played R&B and house music jams all the way from the 1960’s to the present in a uniquely remixed pattern. At the same time, Kevin was also into web hosting and web design. He personally designed and built Turbo Host USA, his own company.

He soon retired from web hosting business and went into network marketing proper. His foray into network marketing has not been without its pains. In his own words he hit “every roadblock imaginable” as he tried to implement what his sponsors had told him would bring success. But Kevin Jones is no stranger to pain. He had earlier battled cancer for 15 years, and won!

His turning point occurred when he came across MLSP (MLM Lead system Pro). It became obvious to him that he could turn his personality into an asset in MLM. It’s called self branding. At his website too he relates how learning from the gurus has helped him to overcome his initial obstacles in network marketing.

Kevin now devotes most of his website resources towards helping people to succeed with their online businesses, no matter what line of business.

As stated earlier, his website features reviews of top players in the MLM industry. At the time I visited, the personality profile featured a woman generally regarded as the “Queen Of Article Marketing,” Sandra Essex.

The website described Mrs. Essex as a household name in online article marketing, challenging readers to do a search on Google to convince oneself. I did, and the search returned many results.

Sandra Essex, the featured personality, also maintains a presence at both Facebook and Twitter. Her new eBook, “the 90-day Article Marketers’ Guide to Financial Freedom” is described at Kevin Jones’s website as containing everything a marketer would need to build a network marketing business based on the techniques that have worked so well for Sandra.

Kevin Jones has no doubt come a long way in network marketing. Rising from the early days of learning the ropes to the days of rookie mistakes, he has seen it all. By learning from his mistakes, learning from successful marketers, and also by simply refusing to give up, he has now attained the level of success that surely qualifies him to be called a top MLM trainer and marketer, even a leader.

I suggest you take a look at his website for free tips on how you can build your own online business kevinsjones.com.

I assume that everyone knows what an article is, but how many of you know how an article can help you promote your Blog, Website or Business?

Promote Your Expertise Online. Writing articles can help to establish your expertise and brand you as a leader online. One thing that all experts have in common is that they have written something – articles, books, reports, etc. Writing articles is your first step to becoming a well-known expert in your field.

Here are a few examples of why you should write articles and use them to promote your business and generate more clients online:

1. Do You Want To Make MONEY! One main reason for writing articles is making money. While you will not be paid directly for writing, publishing and submitting your articles online, writing articles and promoting them online will result in more of a web presence and, ultimately, more sales your business.

2. How Can You Get More Blog Subscribers. To increase the number of your Blog subscribers, use the Resource Box of your articles to drive more traffic to your Blog subscription page.

3. Reach More Potential Customers. When you submit your articles to article directories, your article might be syndicated by other business owners in their blogs, newsletters and web sites. This is a very good thing because many people will see your articles, and you will be exposing you and your business many potential customers.

4. It is very important to Get More One-Way Links to Your Web Site. Since the Resource Box that is attached to your articles contains links back to your web site, you will gain many one-way links back to your web site when your article is re-printed. Now people who read your articles will be able to follow these links to your web site.

5. Get Better Search Engine Rankings. One-way links to your web site are great for improving search engines rankings and getting more search engine traffic. Since search engines put more weight on one-way links, than on reciprocal links, getting one-way links with your articles will help you with your search engine strategies.

6. Reach Out to More Segments of Your Target Market. As your articles are re-printed on different blogs and web sites, you are able to reach out to the segments of your target market that you would have never been able to reach on your own. However, with other people using your articles on their blogs and web sites, you are able to reach out to these customers.

7. By promoting yourself online by writing articles you can help to establish your expertise and brand you as a leader. One thing that all experts have in common is that they have written something – articles, books, reports, etc. Writing articles is your first step to becoming a well-known expert in your field.

To Your Success,

Sandra Essex

Can you become one of the Top Flying MLM Recruiters? Is it true that MLM recruiting is getting more and more competitive? And that more and more marketers now have to chase fewer and fewer clients? I don’t know how you’d answer both questions.

But to the first question, my answer is maybe. As for the second question, my answer is an emphatic ‘I don’t think so!’

Yes, recruiting may be getting more competitive, but not necessarily more difficult. If anything, technological innovations and, permit me to say it, the global economic downturn have all combined to actually make prospecting and recruiting a lot easier than it used to be just a decade or two ago.

The evidence is in the numbers. On the one hand, more and more network marketing companies are reporting back-to-back growths in all aspects of their operations—product sales, new distributors, revenues, product lines.

On the other hand, more and more network marketers are making it big in this business now than at any other time in the history of MLM.

If indeed the market outlook is bright, then there’s only one thing that could be holding you back from reaping the gains of Multi-Level Marketing: recruiting. Yes, your recruiting habit could be the missing link in your MLM.

Make no mistake; Recruiting Is The LIFEBLOOD of any MLM business. So if you hope to stay competitive in today’s MLM world in which so many marketers offer similar products and services, you’ll have to continuously upgrade your recruiting skills.

There are no two ways about it; the top earners in MLM are those who realize that recruiting is an art that has to be mastered and constantly upgraded.

Below are 4 recruiting tips to help you sponsor more reps into your MLM business:

Be A Caring Friend: You’ll need to build a relationship with your prospective client so that he begins to trust you. This may take time. But until the prospect has reasons to believe you genuinely care about his interests, he isn’t going to join your MLM.

Even if he or she appears to be slow in making up their mind, go at their pace, addressing one thing at a time. Never try to rush things; it only makes people suspicious.

Understand Your Prospects Concerns and Address what matters to them: On meeting a new prospect, some marketers proceed as though they were programmed to give a recorded speech before ever listening to what a prospect had to say. Wrong!

Finding out your prospect’s goals and dreams is the best guide to what information you need to give him. Don’t go on boasting about the size of the MLM company you represent, their compensation plan etc if the person isn’t interested in all that.

He may have seen bigger MLM companies and more generous plans, but didn’t join. Your addressing his needs (and maybe fears) could make all the difference.

Communicate Well: Your presentation is only as good as how well it is understood. Ultimately this is what will determine how many people you’ll recruit; how well your message is understood. Coming to a level where your prospect gets the message is obviously more useful to both of you than simply speaking to impress.

Finally, but VERY IMPORTANTLY, Cultivate The Follow-Up Habit: Do you know how many solicitations to join a business the average person receives in a day, a week, and in a month?

The point here is, unless you follow up on the prospect, various other concerns will soon relegate your message to the remotest part of his consciousness. So follow up, remind him at reasonable intervals. But do this with discretion, so you don’t end up harassing the person.

Recruiting is a skill, and it can be developed and mastered. Any recruiting tactic that does not put the prospect first, does not portray you the marketer as a friend, attempts to answer questions a prospect is not interested in, or one that does not include regular follow up contacts will not take you far.

On the other hand, implementing the recruiting strategies outlined above is sure to turn you into a great Sponsor and a Recruiting Machine!

Getting New MLM Distributors Off to a Perfect Start

You’ve got a new MLM distributor, at last the new prospect has signed up. Congratulations! Is your job done then? From now on, are you simply going to sit around and wait for when his commission checks (and yours too) begin to trickle in? Quite the opposite, your work has just begun!

If you don’t want him to fail or to have at best a snail-speed growth, then you are going to have to come up with ways to keep his interest burning.

The only way to ensure that is to QUICKLY guide your new distributor to a “Success Path.” Simply put, you need to do all you can to assist the new member to start seeing results sooner than latter.

That’s the only way they’ll stay motivated. And to achieve that, the new guy must be helped to start right.

Here are SIX steps to follow in ensuring that your new MLM distributor is off to a great start:

Ensure that they Use The Product: This is very important. From experience, haven’t you observed that using the products is both the best way to understand how they work as well as the quickest way to be sold on it?

Indeed, if the new distributor doesn’t make any efforts to use any of the company’s products, can they sincerely say they believes in them?

And if they don’t, then should you have even sponsored that person in the first place? Bottom line is, make sure your new distributor is sold and continues to use say 3-4 of the company’s products.

Product Samples: Some network marketing companies have product samples which they give to potential customers. If that’s true of your MLM company, then show your new distributors how to introduce and give these samples to prospective clients.

Many today that have joined network marketing opportunities are as a result of positive impression from the use of product samples. The point is that most persons won’t spend their money on items they aren’t sure will work. But after using a sample for free and getting positively impressed, many become loyal customers.

Retail Sales: Won’t it look bad if after discussing with a potential client your new distributor doesn’t even have any products on him to sell to the customer? How would he even make money without retail sales?

The truth of it is that new members make more money from product sales during their first few months in the business than from recruiting new members.

And you know what effect a few dollars in personal earning can do to the confidence of a new person! Let them decide what products are best for them. But ensure that your new distributor is supplied with a number of products the moment he or she starts to market.

Introduce Them to Your Own Upline: let your new distributor know who your uplines are—both the immediate and extended uplines, the notable ones among them. Make an appointment with them and have them welcome the new guy on board and promise to offer assistance when necessary.

Paperwork: there may also be need to take them through all the paperwork again, including application, product ordering, and any other tool used in your MLM company.

Also make sure they fully understands the company, including its compensation plans, as well as a good understanding of the company’s products and product line.

Finally, Review What Could Possibly Make the New Person Want To Quit: Yes, what things will discourage the new distributor enough to make him consider quitting?

This point is HUGE; forget that we are mentioning it last. Review “emotional landmines” ahead of time and tell your new guy the realistic expectations to have. Such frank talk will take them through the low points of the business when enthusiasm alone won’t be enough.

These are the things you should try and do the moment the prospect signs up to join your company. Review these points with him or her.

Never fail to commend their sincere efforts. And do not expect them to achieve in a month what took you years to attain! If you play your part well as a leader, chances are your new distributor will soon begin to rock, thanks to the solid start you gave them!

A Directory Of Ezine can be a valuable tool that you can use to build your MLM business. Writing free articles to run on an ezine directory has become one of the most targeted and cost effective ways of selling things on the internet these days. What makes it all the more attractive is that you can achieve massive exposure for your business at virtually zero cost.

It is a great way to advertise your business opportunity. And it works! New internet marketers, and even old timers who’ve given article marketing a try, probably due to a lean purse, have all discovered that this method of marketing is more effective than most people realize.

Of course, our major focus here is how you can use ezine directories to promote your online business. There are literally hundreds of thousands of article directories out there—at least 300,000.

So chances are no matter what topic you’re writing on, there is a huge audience for your articles. And the best part is that 90% of the directories won’t charge you anything to publish your articles online.

However, they all have guidelines or conditions under which they publish your articles.

Ezinearticles.com for example can only publish your article if it has passed their strict editorial guidelines (which in fact you are encouraged to read at their website ever before submitting your articles).

But really, if you understand the purpose of article marketing, you’ll agree that it serves everybody’s interest when your articles are well targeted, grammatically faultless, and compelling to read.

If indeed your articles are poorly written, even if for any reason an article directory accepts it, what impression are you creating in the minds of your readers? Will they likely bother to follow your link?

So your goal should be to put together an informative piece of writing, targeted at a particular audience. And then have these well written separate articles run on as many ezine directories as you desire.

But your choice of which directories to run your articles should not be made randomly. This is where Directory of Ezine comes to your aid. Use an ezine directory finder, to locate the particular ezine that fits your type of articles.

Remember we told you that there are thousands of article submission sites out there. So when using a directory finder, read through the articles you find on each site, and it won’t be long before you decide which directory is best targeted for your type of article.

After confirming that the ezine content matches your article content, next you need to confirm that they are accepting articles, preferably free. If you have a way of knowing who their audience is, fine. If not, that can at least wait until your article begins to attract feedback responses.

Having satisfied yourself that this is the directory on which to publish your article, next you’ll need to approach the editor (all ezine directories have editors who will either accept or reject your articles, based on a number of criteria).

Meanwhile there are things you need to bear in mind when approaching an editor:

After reading some articles on their website, subscribe or sign-up with the ezine. Write a note commending them for the quality of articles on their ezine. Offer to submit your articles to them for review and possible publication.

Thank them for their time. Respond promptly when your attention is needed. Remember that editors are very busy people, so keep all your emails brief and to the point.

If your articles are approved for publication on their ezine, good luck to you. That means massive exposure for your business. And if the readers take action based on what you wrote, then your article will have achieved its purpose.

Always ensure you include a “resource box” at the end of your articles. This is where you invite the impressed reader to follow you, so to speak!

MLM Top Producers have a few things in common no mater what company the represent. If success or failure in MLM (and pretty much any other activity) can be pinned down to one single factor, it is habit.

Yes, we know that sheer luck, bad-timing, and things going this way rather than that can all play a part in how our efforts turn out.
But, everything considered, it seems obvious that a person’s habits in life play a FAR GREATER role in determining how things will turn out for them than any number of those other factors.

That is what often determines who succeeds and who will fail even among people of comparable talents.

The scope of this article won’t allow us to examine the general population. So we’ll only be comparing Apple for Apple, so to speak.

For obvious reasons we’ll be considering the common traits or habits that runs through all successful network marketers, even when these live across continents and barely know themselves.

These habits also hold true among successful people in other occupations. But let’s focus on MLM, after all that’s why you are here!

Here are Seven common habits you’ll observe in every successful network marketer:

They are dogged in their Determination: they decide from the beginning that they’ll see the business through, no matter what. This is a mentality or attitude that states that there’s success waiting for you somewhere, but that you have to pass through several hurdles to claim it.

Is that your attitude? Just know that you can’t succeed without it, because every business comes with a set of challenges. Only a ‘no matter what’ attitude can see you through any challenge.

They are Flexible: what if you discover that your methods aren’t working, will you get out of your comfort zone and do what will bring a change? Successful people are flexible and hold themselves accountable for what’s happening in their business; they don’t blame it on their sponsors or the company. Passing blames only entrenches a mistake, ensuring they won’t ever get corrected.

They get their Priorities right: it’s not enough to be working hard all day. Successful people in this business are well aware that only two things bring money in MLM: product sales, and recruiting new members.

So they spend over 90% of their time on these. Enough said.
They learn from their mistakes: every human in every activity will make mistakes. In themselves, mistakes are not altogether bad.

Our response is the key thing. Whereas unsuccessful people often quit at the point they discover they’ve been terribly wrong, successful people (in every business!) see these flops as opportunities to refine their approach—and they often come up with a better way to approach things.

They’re not in a hurry: success takes time. It typically takes the average person 4-7 months to start seeing results from their marketing campaigns, and maybe even longer to earn their first reasonable check in MLM. Are you willing to wait? Successful network marketers are usually prepared to be patient.

They keep learning about what works: nothing else will keep you ahead of the pack in MLM more than constantly educating yourself about the best and latest methods to market your online business. Moreover, the way this business works, those who know the most will attract the most prospects and customers.

They don’t bet on a cure-all method: successful people do not believe that there is “one last secret” to MLM Success, for, indeed, there is no such thing.

It is the assumption that there is a single panacea to success in MLM that drives impatient MLM newbies into the hands of scammers. If there’s any secret to MLM prosperity, then it lies in consistently implementing the strategies listed above, no matter the initial result.

Finally, remember that success is a journey, not a destination. As such, it is the continuous movement in a particular direction that will see you Succeed In MLM. When you practice the success principles outlined above, they become a habit that will surely earn you the success you desire.

What are MLM prospects really looking for when they join a business? Amidst the maze of distributors competing for the attention of prospective clients, why is it that some of them would decide to join you? Is it because of your company’s reputation, its superior products or maybe the compensation plan? No.

Otherwise they would have joined any of the other distributors from your very same company who came before you. Or is it that you’ve come at the right time? Neither. Around this same time they’ve been turning down other solicitations. So what is the attraction?

It is you! Yes, people join your network company because of you. Isn’t that great? Well, it’s a failure to understand this simple truth that’s kept many marketers struggling unnecessarily for new recruits or customers. The thing is that in MLM, people join people, not necessarily company, or products, or pay plans.

Those other considerations come soon afterwards. But first, people are attracted to someone they perceive as a LEADER in some way. This is not even unique to MLM. Throughout history, and in every circle of human activity, certain qualities and personality traits have always made some persons more attractive than others.

In MLM, that quality or trait that attracts leads more than any other is LEADERSHIP. Yes, here in MLM leaders are winners. People join those they perceive as an authority in the area they are considering. They join those they believe are capable of helping them become what they want to become.

Is that how you are projecting yourself before your prospects? More importantly, is that how your prospects see you?

The truth is that very little can be achieved in MLM without leadership. Is it for nothing that companies that distribute their products through network marketing lavish lots of incentives on group leaders?

Check out all the 6-figure monthly earners in network marketing; they are leaders who in turn imitate other leaders within the group. That’s how it works.

The way to gain the attention of prospects in MLM is to exhibit leadership qualities. So ask yourself: why would someone want to join me? What can the person wanting to join me hope to gain? Your answers to questions like these are a test of your leadership profile.

Becoming a leader though isn’t as hard as it may sound. You just need to start by massively educating yourself in your niche area. It is when you educate yourself that you increase your value and the value you can impart to others. If you have value to offer, people will come to you.

You should do everything you can to develop leadership in yourself. In fact, since MLM isn’t much different from any other activity as far as being a leader is concerned, I suggest you pick up any good book on leadership and begin to learn ways to exhibit the traits of a true leader.

Among other things, you’ll learn that leaders are not interested in who gets the credits as long as the goal is achieved. Leaders are constantly grooming those behind them to become leaders in their own right.

And as far as network marketing is concerned, helping your prospects to build large successful networks of distributors makes a lot of financial sense to both them and you, doesn’t it?

Personal financial rewards need not be your only motivating factor, though. Simply demonstrate a genuine commitment to see your prospects succeed. Do this by the way you interact with them online and offline. Show it by availing them of resources that can help them learn and grow faster.

If they observe these leadership qualities in you, they will be attracted to you. They will be more inclined too to treat their own downlines same way. Leadership Qualities will then spread throughout your network, and that would be mutually beneficial.
