Over the years, Mark Yarnell has produced numerous network marketing training courses—books, audio CDs, and seminar papers. The most recent is an audio material known as “The Holy Grail of Network Marketing”, in which he interviews millionaire network marketers.

It’s a compilation of his interview with marketers who have earned at least $3 million dollars per annum as distributors. In the interview, Mark asked them how they achieved MLM success, and he had their answers and insights recorded in audio CDs.

His own approach to network marketing is at once refreshing and challenging. He leaves no one in doubt that network marketing is hard. In a recent interview, Mark Yarnell candidly stated what most marketers shy away from admitting.

Asked what he would advise new distributors coming into the business, Mark stated that ‘the network marketing industry is one of the hardest’, adding that new distributors should aim at talking to at least 30 persons each day, either recruiting them into their business or selling products to them.

 We may not all agree with those figures. But one thing any marketer would readily admit is that network marketing requires a lot of hard work. And smart work too.

Mark does not believe that you necessarily need to copy your upline leader to be successful in MLM. He is of the view that you will achieve more by being yourself and harnessing your own talents and doing what works for you.

After all, building an enviable MLM downline is about how well you market, how you cultivate relationships, and so on. These can’t be achieved by copying someone else hook line and sinker.

People like Mark Yarnell for his straightforward approach to marketing. And to most persons, his approach has to work, otherwise, why is he so successful?

One area Mark Yarnell appears to downplay is the use of online strategies in MLM recruiting—which is so vital to network marketing success in this 21st century. I would say that’s about the only flaw in his otherwise “flawless” approach to network marketing.
